Reference is made to stock notice dated 5th November 2014 re minutes from EGM held in Limasol on 5th November 2014.
The share issue and the reverse split of the shares (1:100) will be updated in VPS today, Tuesday 11th November 2014, after trading hours, to reflect the new share balances.
As of tomorrow, Wednesday 12th November 2014, the shares will be traded with new nominal value where 1 new share equals 100 old shares.
