Reference is made to stock notices dated 5th November 2014 and 11th November 2014 re share issue and reverse split.
The share issue and the reverse split of the shares (1:100) have now been registered in VPS.
New issued share capital is NOK28.962.722,50 divided into 11.585.089 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK2,50.
One new share equals to 100 old shares.
