Reference is made to announcement dated 12th August 2014 in relation to private placement.
Following the completion of the offering and the issue of 200.000.000 new shares, Independent Oil & Resources Plc share capital has been increased by NOK 5.000.000.
The new share capital is NOK 28.962.720,70 comprised of 1.158.508.828 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.025 per share.
The new shares have been registered with VPS System.
